I’m a researcher and urbanist based in Brooklyn, New York, interested in housing, neighborhood change, and the politics of urban space. I hold an MS in Public and Urban Policy from The New School, where I focused on affordable housing preservation, tenant advocacy, and community-driven interventions to address displacement. My work draws from policy research, spatial analysis, and community development practice, with experience across nonprofit, academic, and consulting settings. This site is a collection of my writing, research, and occasional data analysis projects on housing and urban policy in New York City.
